20 – 8 Mile Red Cross Charity Walk

Last week on the 17th I did the Red Shoe walk for Red Cross. We started at 9AM and were one of the first few ones to start.

We passed 11 bridges along the river Thames, starting from Tower Hill and finishing in Battersea.

Walking along the river reminded me of all the beautiful London sights that we take for granted. I almost felt like a tourist again and luckily the sun was shining.

The whole walk took around 2 hours 50 minutes and we finally reached the finish hut right in the middle of Battersea Park.

It was very tiring but rewarding!
