51 – London Zoo

Last Saturday was one of those chilled and sunny winter days, a perfect day to go to the zoo right? I had never been to the London Zoo before, now I know it isn’t the most exciting choice but I had two tickets which I needed to use before the end of the year.

The weather looked sunny but it was freezing. I even had to buy an emergency pair of gloves. The range of animals at the zoo was impressive, the monkeys were by far my favourites. I wish I could have one as a pet. I got to do some photography which is always enjoyable for me and the animals seemed to enjoy it too.

Let’s be real, they love the attention. I noticed him, noticing my SLR. Look at him making love to the camera – work it!

He even came back for a close-up

I think the best time to go is during the summer but then you will have to deal with large crowds as well. London Zoo isn’t too big, 2 hours is just about enough to see the whole place.
